Our roots in Asia date back to 1971 with the establishment of our first health insurance operations in Hong Kong, followed by the creation of our third-party administrator, International Administrators Limited, in 1980.
We expanded to Thailand in 1982, with later re-entry and acquisitions leading to the creation of Pacific Cross Health Insurance in 2014.
In the Philippines, we acquired State Bonding Corporation and Insurance Co., Inc. in 1986, focusing to focus on health, travel, and personal accident insurance, and entered the HMO market. In 2016, we rebranded under the Pacific Cross name to unify our identity.
In Vietnam and Indonesia, we launched operations in the 2000s, rebranded in the mid-2010s, and have since enhanced our service capabilities and operational infrastructure to support our role as a trusted third-party administrator across the region.
Today, Pacific Cross continues to expand our regional presence and strengthens our ability to deliver innovative, reliable health and travel insurance across Asia and beyond.
